canning, freezing, dehydrating...
hours of work, but it's all worth it...
16 quarts of stewed tomatoes
5 pints of salsa
4 packages of deydrated zucchini
10 quarts of frozen peppers and onions in the freezer...
there is definitely more to come of all of that..
but it feels good to know that we're saving money
and will have fresh veggies in the winter!
