well now that the cat is out of the bag, i can go into everything a bit more...
due date
(according to my OB) is Nov. 29. I however believe it be more like Dec 5, however my dr. said they always go by the first day of your last period, regardless, even though i can tell him for certain there is no way that it's nov. 29. i'll be interesting to see what the ultrasound says in a couple of weeks! :) all i know is that christmas shopping needs to be done early this year :)
ultrasound
we will be having an ultrasound july 6, and yes, we will find out this time. even though last time we waited (and then accidentally found out) we both really enjoyed knowing once we did know, and plus, this way i'll know if i need a new wardrobe or can reuse what we have which will line up really well!
sickness
yes, i've been sick, throwing up, the whole nine yards. somedays i feel like its worse than last time, somedays i think it's better. i've come to the conclusion that the bad days are just really bad. in the begining there were days where i would throw up 4,5,6 times a day. (i never had it to that extreme last time) throwing up and having a two yr old running around is much less fun than throwing up, then curling up in a ball and crawling back into bed.
time o sickness
with levi it was almost always in the morning, like clockwork. this time, it seems varied and different, sometimes mornings, for a while it was always afternoons which made teaching lessons really difficult. (a few students found out that i was pregnant, due to my having to excuse myself to use the bathroom)
levi
we talk with him about the baby, and he asks to pray for the baby a lot, but beyond that i don't know that he really understands exactly whats happening. also, he's basically daytime potty trained for which we are very thankful. he wears a diaper at nap and bed and that's it! so thankful to be out of that, especially with feeling nauseous all the time.

oh jen...i'm so happy for you. how exciting!! the due dates i had using the first day of last period were always a week off for me...as in the kids were born in week 41 :). regardless of your due date...how exciting! i pray your sickness will subside...i cannot imagine going through that and taking care of a toddler! looking forward to hearing the gender. do you have any feelings one way or another yet?
