so, i desperately need someone to tell me that i'll forget everything when i have this kid....
today has been miserable....
this morning i puked. had absolutely no control, and managed to pee and poop at the same time...i'll give you a hint, we only have one toilet.... and i was puking into that... yup, so that was this morning at 6:30...
i got dressed went to school, because today was my scheduled day to accompany. i must have looked awful, the director, after two hours said, you need to go home...
i came home.... decided to go to the store to fill my prenatal perscription, and buy some lemonade, which i heard might, just might help... i was on my way to the store, and oh you guessed it.... managed to puke, while driving in our van... i got into the parking lot, finishing puking, into my shirt, i might add, to try to avoid it being all over our van, and then drove back home.... changed, cleaned up the van, threw my clothes in the washer, and now am just feeling completely miserable...and it's only 11:30
so yeah, i'm off to just lay comatose for a while.....
and try to tell myself that it will be worth all of this.

oh you poor thing! thinking of and praying for you! and yes, these sick days will fade in your memory when your precious one arrives.
Oh Honey! What an awful day! I am so sorry! Yes, you will look at that little darling and all of this will become a memory and something to laugh about...really, it will!
oh, jen, that sounds awful. you *will* forget it all, or at least it will fade into a distant funny memory, but that doesn't help you feel any better right now.
are you sure you don't have the flu? after feeling better for a while, getting sicker might be something else. (here's hoping - the flu goes away quicker than a gestation!)
Oh that's awful...poor Jen! You sound perfectly miserable, I hope things are going better today. Believe it or not you will forget how truly horrible the sickness, bloating, weight gain, moodiness, and labor-itself is when you have that precious little one in your arms, it's ridiculous, but true. You'll tell your story from start to finish to other sympathetic moms who shake their heads--and share their story. It's the ticket into a sisterhood that brings all women together no matter how diverse because they all have a shared experience--kids.
Oh and have you tried not taking your prenatal vitamin for a few days? I'd forgotten all about that, but your mention of filling your prescription made me remember. My pre-natal prescription made me sick (and constipated, among other things) with Joshua and my OB said as long as my iron levels were good and I took a folic acid supplement it didn't matter if I skipped the pre-natal. I didn't take it at all with Lydia, and that was at least one less thing to make me sick...
Hope you're feeling better soon. :)
