so as kind of an update...
i remember after my ultrasound, the nurses all wanted to know what we were having, and we said we were waiting. they were disappointed because they said that it wouldn't be in the chart, so they wouldn't know.
i think the reason it happened was because the results of my amnio are now in my chart, which obviously gives the sex of the baby with 100% accuracy... and my guess, is the dr saw that and because it was in there, assumed we already knew?
i'm toying with calling them today, explaining the situation, and suggesting they think about putting a giant sticker in a chart or something if someone doesn't want to know. does anyone have any suggestions for me?
i'm not really upset anymore, just more disappointed than anything else...
however, it is kind of fun to look at one specific section of the store! :)

i bet the amnio was definitely why. i think a big bright sticker on the front of the chart folder or something like that is a good idea!!
I don't think it would hurt at all to call and say something. It's not like you are going to yell at them, just tell them to be more careful. I think I would call if it had happened to me. It won't change what happened to you, but maybe it would help prevent it from happening to someone else.
