turkey fun

Turkey Day was fun, but now we're back to the grindstone.

Levi watched his first parade, ate stuffing, mashed potatoes, scalloped corn, and pumpkin pie. the pie was definitely his favorite, i mean really... who wouldn't love pie! :) met a new cousin, hung with fam, watched movies, played games....

We had a lovely time, but even more lovely?

coming home and sleeping in our own bed....

and now on to....

Advent.

we're waiting, being anticipatory of Jesus' coming. which totally reminds me of a funny church sign we saw once at advent. we still talk about it every year..
it said this..

"Advent means Mary is pregnant.. are you?"

seriously. we still don't understand, but boy do we laugh about it...

anyway that was definitely a side note.

so go.. and wait in joyful hope and anticipation of Christ's coming to earth!
