My dear sweet baby girl. You have officially been on the "outside" as long as you spent on the "inside". Mama is thankful you're on the outside, just so we're clear. :) You have been such a huge blessing in our lives baby girl, and I'm so thankful for you, for your spunky, feisty (I have NO idea who that's from!) personality that is shining through. My favorite moments are when you and Levi make each other laugh. I really do need to video it because those times are moments I want to cherish and remember forever. Your brother recently threw Mama's camera into the pool. We won't talk about those events, but I'm hoping to get something new soon, meanwhile pictures of you might be a bit scarce.. I promise I didn't forget about you.
At 9 months you...
- Are a very good eater, are 'off' baby food, and enjoy most things I put in front of you.
- Have mastered the stairs with ease and love to climb up them, laughing and giggling.
- Are not a stellar napper. You typically take a 45 minute nap about an hour after getting up, then a mid-morning nap, around, 10 (though you normally miss this because we're out and about doing things) and then a longer 2-2 1\2 hour nap in the afternoon.
- My sweet girl are still up basically once a night. I feed you around 10, you wake around 2, and then around 6. Mama would really appreciate sleep.
- Have 5 teeth, you use them to pull up to things, just like your brother did.
- Are starting to reach between solid objects willing to let go for a little second.
- Are starting to figure out waving "bye-bye"
- Have found your babbling voice and talk non-stop, sometimes with certainty in your voice that we know what you're saying, sometimes just babbling to babble.
- Don't seem to be attached to any particular toy or lovey object, and generally don't like being cuddled
- Are VERY attached to Mama. You are not a fan of other people holding you, and next week when Mama goes back to teaching lessons, your world will be rocked, I'm afraid.
I love you baby girl, more than you will ever know.
Love,
Mama
